Hello Dear Friends, I missed you all, I was in NY for a couples of day,and it was wonderful...Now I am in Rio having some most needed family time. I just came back from Sao Paulo and Bahia. In Bahia I was in Trancoso a tiny little town, it is a very rustic simple place full of wonderful beaches, excelent restaurants and small hotels.

This looks glorious - right out of a travel magazine. I noticed not only are the exercise machines made out of wood, but they're not being used!
